Luis Montila
Partner – President
Co-founder of the company, with over 30 years of experience in media communication in Spain, Mexico, and the LATAM region.
Luis started Media Audits in Latin America before the company was acquired by Accenture. He was the General Director of Universal Media Mexico (Lowe and McCann Erickson Mexico), and Technical Director of Mediapolis Spain (from the French group Havas), with a long trajectory in various Spanish media centers.
Verónica Iglesias
Partner – Executive Director
With extensive experience in marketing and media across various industries in Latin America and Europe, Veronica has had a long career within the company. She began as a media specialist but truly developed in the commercial and business areas of the company. Currently, as General Director and partner, with a clear “client first” vision, she focuses on continuous evolution through technology and team development. Her innovative approach and commitment to excellence have positioned Media Auditors as an industry benchmark, offering effective and personalized solutions for each client.
Leticia Muñoz
Partner – Talent Care Director
Co-founder. She was Commercial and Marketing Director for Cosmopolitan Cosmetics GmbH, Grupo Wella Mexico after being Marketing Manager of the Professional area of L’Oréal Mexico. With over 25 years of experience, she focuses on business expansion and development of new services and markets.
She is also a psychologist and the person responsible for attracting the best talent to the company, developing plans and initiatives to manage our team, also leading the Talent Care area.
Rafael Núñez
Partner – Media Specialist Director
With a solid 10-year career in the media industry, Rafael has developed and perfected his skills in various sector´s specificities. He began his career as an account executive at Nielsen, where he gained valuable experience in data analysis and audience management for 2 years. Subsequently, he joined Media Auditors, where he has worked for 8 years in the Media Specialists department. He began as an analyst and, through his dedication and skills, advanced to senior executive, manager, and ultimately, director of the department. In his current role, he leads all teams and manages client relationships, ensuring the delivery of top-quality media services based on data that drives advertiser success.
